 Jet boats in Wisconsin Dells  Found this on the pathway to the jet boat ride in Wisconsin Dells The jet boats in Wisconsin Dells are in a low profile boat fitted with a powerful engine that can rocket the boat up to 40 miles per hour. The thrilling 45 minute ride costs about $15. Be prepared to get wet. I would not recommend this boat ride for children under 5 years in age. At high speeds, the ride gets bumpy and everyone on the boat will get wet. The jet boat rides are in Lower Dells. The boat rides in the Upper Dells are kind of boring but relaxing. A few months after I took this picture, I noted that this structure was repainted, probably to make the comments go away. I reckon the issue was eminent domain and the property owner was not pleased with the governmental efforts to take over the property. I am fairly certain that resorting to this kind of protest, in some other countries, will very likely get you hurt.  A Digital Parking Meter I saw this digital parking meter in Niagara Falls, New York. This digital parking meter is beneficial for drivers and their municipalities. Drivers can pay with cash, credit cards, debit cards. I wondered if paying by credit or debit card would be secure. With its ability to detect the presence of a parked car, and fine vehicles that have not paid or overstayed, it is expected to bring in 5 times the revenue of traditional parking meters. I know that municipalities love revenue from their parking enforcement divisions but as a citizen I would not support this project at the proposal level at the city council. I understand that this may have been an experimental installation in Niagara Falls, a city that is seeing its best days in the rear view mirror. How could City of Niagara Falls asphyxiate, despite having this natural wonder of the world? Don’t forget to protect your digital electronics from the mist that comes off of Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. My Canon Powershot digital camera stopped powering up a few days after I shot this video. Moisture is not an issue on the American side of the waterfalls. Maid of the Mist Boat Ride will cost you about $15 but is priceless. I have been on this boat ride about seven times, it doesn’t get old or less magnificient. The Speakman Company website indicates that this showerhead is probably used by Hilton, Wyndham, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Radisson, Harrah’s, Showboat, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt and The Four Seasons. What I like most about this Speakman Anystream Showerhead Model S-2252-AF is that its needle jets are remarkably invigorating. The needle jets remind me of the incredible rush of water on the Hurricane Deck of American Falls. If you have never been to the Hurricane Deck below the American Falls (a part of Niagara Falls), you must, must plan on doing that atleast once in your life. Or in other words, this should be on everyone’s bucket list. What I am not too happy about this showerhead is that it does not have a water flow decrease valve for soaping. I bought mine from Lowe’s for about 40 bucks including taxes. I have had it for a short time so I cannot comment about its durability. But this showerhead does have a high cost to benefit ratio. I also bought a 8 jet luxury Speakman Company showerhead because it was on clearance.
